Hey Bill, I can pick my grain up tomorrow, Wednesday, or Thursday in the early afternoon around 1-2 o'clock. Do any of those days/times work for you? Otherwise, would this weekend be OK?

For continental styles, Best Malz is my go-to pils malt. Weyermann is also highly recommended. For Belgian styles I like Franco-Belges pils malt.

Don't really need more grains, but what the hell... 2 sack added to the database.

As a 60 minute addition, it won't matter much what you substitute. I'd personally use the Willamette and save the Cascade for something else that has flavor/aroma additions.

I have an analog Honeywell controller that I don't use anymore. I wired it with a 10 ft cord. It has a copper temp probe. I can't get it to you by this weekend, but if you're interested in having me ship it, PM me.
