    also check the small rubber seal for the screw on interchangeable spouts. I had an issue with one of them not seated correctly causing foaming. good luck

    Very interesting and well written article. Have a local bakery that gave me some rye grits left over form making light rye flour. Would the process be the same? What adjustments would you make to the process or recipe? I am looking at a rye pale ale with ~ 15-18% rye grits. Thanks for this!

    Another cheap bastard here, Both my primary high pressure regulator ( lot 94841 @$28) and both my secondary regulators came from machinery that was salvaged from dumpster at work. Harbor Freight has secondary low pressure regulators as low as $5 ea with gauge(lot 68223). Coupons for 20% off...
