Ubuntu installed on 3 laptops (2 are gifts for my family) each of them booted up without a hitch and work flawlessly. I'm running Ubuntu right now and loving it!! I won't buy or install windows on any computer I buy from now on for personal use. I'm very happy making the switch :D
