    Freezing Kegs

Had this happen to 2 kegs I prepped for my wedding in June. Luckily I had enough time to let them thaw and check carbonation. Beer tasted great, no noticeable off flavors/watered down taste. Also got lucky that there wasn’t any keg damage!!

    Craft Beer still booming....

Everyone tried catching that fad and unfortunately a lot of bad beer has been distributed. If you've been lucky enough to enjoy great NEIPA (TH, Trillium, Other Half, Hill Farmstead, etc.) you can understand why it got popular so quickly, truly delicious style when done right.

    Little OT

Great points. We’re in the Charlotte area and are envisioning a small brewery focused around tap room sales. Lots of breweries here, but area continues to grow and certain spots could definitely support the size we’re targeting. Some of the local names: Heist, Birdsong, NoDa, Resident Culture...

Have a small group and we’re working out some details and are having a tough time with a name/brand. I’d greatly appreciate feedback from all on this board on...

    Any other NC hop growers?

Just across the border into SC (Fort Mill) and my Cascades are growing very aggressively compared to my other varieties (Chinook, Centennial, Tettnanger). I've already cut back bull shoots on the Cascades and am just going to let the rest of the varieties go since they're all well behind the...
