    I'm not apart of any at this point to busy with school, but storms has one that meets once a week I think and check out brew commune. brew commune is based in irvine I think but they are a good active group.

    I went to steins for a few times but I also go to osheas in mission viejo of the 5 freeway I like that place a little better but that my personal preference also Addison brew in Santa Ana but I've never been there although I seem good reviews about it. Also are u apart of any local brew clubs.

    Malty session IPA...is it possible?

    Iv have been trying to find a recipe for a session IPA for a while and I came across your recipe and want to try it out. I new to all grain and was wondering what the aromatic malt is . Is it a style of malts or a specific malt sorry if its a newb question.

    Yea I only have one pump right now but I might pick one up when I get the money but for now trying to use one pump. Those jet burners were what I was looking at but I also saw the hurricane burner with a NG valve that looks pretty cool. Yea that would be really cool to check out the brew day...

    Hey nicadrick looks like a great recipe for a session beer. I was wondering if to do a 5 gallon batch Would I just cut the amounts of grains in half. It's my second all grain and I don't know if that would work or if there is a special way to do that.
