Finally got my whole system together. Wound up getting a pickup tube and whirlpool arm from Brewhardware. I have the 15 gallon 240v version which has the BrewBuilt kettle. The pickup tube fits between two of the coils, touching, but should be fine. I ordered the whirlpool arm with the 18" length...

If you aren't adding any top off water or making sugar additions then they should be the same.

You can definitely sanitize before you put away but it's not really effective. If you sanitize your racking cane and tubing then put it away, it will not be sanitized for very long. I clean everything then put it away. Then I sanitize cold side equipment prior to use.

I have the 15 gal BrewBuilt Kettle and a Blichmann Boilcoil, what would you recommend for a pickup tube? Morebeer recommended the Big Dipper but it's out of stock everywhere I've looked. Anyone have this setup that can recommend the right pickup configuration?

I'm afraid you are probably right. From one of their FAQ pages they mention that these are not sold separately. Bought it from them but it's marketed as a "replacement".

I have never bought from Northern Brewer but used ball locks are about $50 each. That regulator is about $100. Add in the tubing and accessories it looks like a pretty good deal.

I've used both corona and the cereal killer. I love the cereal killer. Never really had issues with the corona mill though. Blue wrap FTW.

All done and equipment cleaned and put away. Hit all my numbers so was an enjoyable brew day. This will be my second brew where I am adjusting my water profile. The first beer was fantastic so looking forward to this.
