Update on this one.. I bottled on Day 13 and the smell was far less pronounced and I was getting a big hit of tropical fruit aroma - fingers crossed it’s a good one! 🍻

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for all the responses - I definitely like the idea of doing a smash so I can get to know the hops! I guess I’ll start with the MO and Mosaic and use Dgallos hop timings. 😍
