Ok, I have a Unibrau Controller SV220 220v. Could I change out the Auber EZBoil 110 for a DSPR 320?

How hard is it to change out the DSPR 110/120 to the DSPR 320? is the wiring diagram the same?

I misread your comment..I was thinking you were saying the "hop blocker" was gumming up....I have never had an issue with the "plate chiller" gumming up as long as I use the hop spider and hop blocker regardless of how many hops I use.

I do use a hop spider along with the hop blocker and dip tube. Yes it can clog/gum up but that is just a testament to how well the hop blocker works. Using a hop spider , in my opinion does not effect the hop utilization as far as I can tell. It is still important to do a good back flush...

Yes, I have the 10g 220v 5500 watt system and love it. I have 4 brews on it and still finding out new processes since I had a coffee urn (Grainfather) prior. Plus I can talk to the owner at any time....within reason.

Have you considered the Unibrau V3? It is a modular system so you can make it anyway you want unlike some others. The basket in the Clawhammer was a no go for me. I like to sparge and with Clawhammer's grain basket I did not see a realistic way to sparge. I have the 10 Gallon 220V 5500w system...

It is my understanding that Solder contains Tin... and Tin kills yeast. Not sure it matters that much with just a pin hole... but, just saying.
