    Ok, put both recipes in my BrewR app... looks like they are close on est og, 1.016(gf) vs. 1.014, also liking what the candi & molasses should do to color, 8srm for the gf vs. 2 for the reg... Heres what i plugged in for the gf rb... 1# ea of rice solids & gf oats 8oz of d45 candi syrup 4oz...

    Like i said, have to ferment 8*( you think 8oz of like d45 candi? For the carapils? Also do you think bumping the oats to counteract the dry/crisping effect of the rice?

    I just did a reg cream ale, started with pilsen extract, corn etc. I used a kolsch yeast since my basement sits around 60-65F... gave a nice hint if citrus when i went to bottle... may have to try both these recipes...

    6 Lbs. of fruit and almost no flavor!

    I did a sorghum honey ale for my wife... racked over 9# of frozen blueberries... the most striking thing was how little "blueberry" flavor there was... awesome flavor, next time we will still do the fruit rest, but also a little dab of extract...

    Ok, how much are you thinking on the amylese? Are the hop changes to up or reduce the bittering or hop flavor? Are you thinking the palasides will give a more floral? How much more spice? Im thinking of doing this one or one close...

    HOMEMADE brew system idea!! Feedback welcome

    The bleed valve would build to 5psi then release pressure... At last stage before filtering he is gonna pressurize to 6-8psi to pump... Sounds like a fun project and a good investment in community relations... If you are dreaming, would an aquarium chiller work to drop the temp in the freezer...
