I watched that episode too and thought the same thing about the pineapple coleslaw. I agree, I could definitely see it on a pulled pork sandwich. And maybe a slightly drier version used on fish tacos. So much you could do with that. I’m definitely going to try making it at some point.

Certainly understandable. Family, in this case your grandson, is the best reason for staying put. Those 30 or so months will fly by. Looking back, I think I could have done them standing on my head.

I have my keezer on a trimmed sheet of painted plywood which I attached casters to so I can roll it out to my patio. The plywood extends an extra 18 inches or so on left side, and that's where my 20# tank sits. It's held firmly in place to the keezer by a ratcheting strap
