    Noob-Cleaning Question

    I like oxy clean it's safe and works well ! Go by the instructions , a lot better than bleach . You can get it at the dollar store. It works well on getting beer labels off bottles as well . Try it you will like it.

    This is really a good beer , 14 days from brew date & I bottled it ! Really a good taste smooth , clean and refreshing. I love this beer !it almost seems like I'm drinking free beer . I don't have to go to the store and buy beer . I have my own , and it's better than theirs. Cheers!

    2 days later I tasted it and it is getting a lot better , nothing like bud ice now . Getting better with time. Cheers.

    I brewed this with Nottingham also after 11 days it taste like a bud ice lager may just need more time I'm hoping to get a better flavor after about 14 days.

    trub question

    The trub disappears so I'm not going to worry about it. I will rack straight off the trub in bottling bucket . But I will cold crash for a little bit , before bottling to help compact yeast and trub.

    I brewed this 12/8- followed exact recipe Nottingham yeast OG. 1.044 It's rocking I hydrated my yeast fermenting at 64.1 degrees Fahrenheit , I believe this is going to be good. Cheers . Thanks OP FOR A GOOD RECIPE!
