    2 keg question

Hi folks, I recently started kegging my 10 gallon batches (I ferment in 2 separate carboys and I have 2 corney kegs) I only have 1 CO2 tank and 1 dual gauge regulator. Without buying a new regulator, is there an adapter/splitter that I can send the same amount of CO2 to both kegs (since...

    A few beginner kegging questions

Howdy again folks, I'm happy to say that I just moved to kegging. My father in law donated the refridgerator, another friend gave me 2 cornelious kegs, a third friend supplied the regulator as a gift, so after picking up a CO2 tank (filled in Charlotte, NC for a total of $71 out the door...

    Liquid yeast question

Hey folks, I have a liquid yeast, English Ale WLP002. I was going to brew yesterday but was unable to. I let the yeast sit at room temperature for 3 hours, and then put it back in the refridgerator. The yeast is fresh, best before (5-30-10) and I didn't shake it. Is it still good...

    Lack of carbonation

I love this forum. Thanks everyone who replied and offered good advice. I took it and moved my bottles into our spare bathroom which is about 70-73 degrees. I'm going to check them in another 9 or so days (3 weeks total).

    Lack of carbonation

Thanks everyone, this is what I was hoping to hear. Much appreciated, I will check back with them in about 2 more weeks. By the way, they are in my hall closet which fluxuates (sp?) between 65 and 69 degrees.

    Lack of carbonation

I read through the forums and I think I'm probably just being impatient. My very first batch was a pale ale, final gravity of 1.018, came out with about 3.95 gallons. After a week in primary and another week in secondary, I bottled using a half a cup of primary sugar last Sat. 2/20. I...

    Howdy, question for beginner

Hi folks, great forum. Question, i brewed my second batch ever yesterday (first was last weekend, transferred it into the secondary fermenter yesterday) but i did a combo grain boil (used a fruit bag to boil my grains for an hour) plus extract (still learning the lingo) but I didn't realize I...
