    New update: We found some tiles so we covered the wall where the sink will be. It's not lined properly because the dry wall is not straight and has a curved in to it, or maybe we are just crappy handyman. The darts finally arrived with the "I love beer" tips. A nice addition to the place.

    You know what? You tell me – all the kits we use say (and supply) 160gr of priming sugar. in other recipes we see much lower quantities… in the sweet stout we made today we added 140 gr. YES! And it's awesome. That pic is from "the pirate" We also have "porter & sons" with 50...

    Carnage – we had our first and hopefully last bottle bomb. No one got hurt but glass flew everywhere. We're guessing it was one weak bottle that started it all. We don’t suspect unfinished fermentation because we measured the beer and we made secondary fermentation. Bomb-proof indeed
