Anyone used Amarillo recently? I stopped using it a few years ago, because it just wasn't good like it was 10 years go. I love that hop.

I soft crash when fermentation is complete,down to 55f and dry hop for 2 days at that temp and then cold crash.

I had thought if that but didn't know how to introduce acid and mix it without oxygenation the beer.

Brewing this again today, going to try acidifying the wort post boil to counter the pH rise from the dry hop. Hoping that helps the hops pop a bit more.

I just ordered 4 different packs of Cryo as I haven't tried them yet. How effective is using one ounce (with some t90) in the dry hop? Or should I buy more of each?
