Brewed this yesterday with Azacca/Eureka/Mosaic. Haven't used Eureka before, but the hops jumped out of the bag when I opened them!

Thanks to some advice on this thread, I've stopped doing mid-ferm dry hops and gone to cold-crash then dry hop. My beers have definitely improved, funny how things go full-circle.

So with just a dry hop, you are getting a decent amount of BU's or perceived bitterness?

Pilsner are easy, they are basically SMASH. You don't need a recipe. 100% Pilsner Malt Noble hops at 60min. and 15 min. 1.050 OG 30-35 IBU's Lager yeast (W-34/70 is cheap and easy)

Pretty new to water adjustments. I'm trying to do a double strength brew in my Grainfather then diluting post boil to get me 11 gallons total. Just confused as to what to do about salt additions. Should I add amounts as if I was brewing 5.5 gallons of beer? Or do I add salts assuming 11...

Anyone ever do a double strength batch and then dilute post boil to get 10 gallons? Was thinking a 4% ABV Best Bitter.

I found once I slowed my drill speed down on my grain mill, my efficiency went from 65 to 80%! FWIW I used to get 75% with a cooler mlt.

That sounds out of the ordinary.
