    Well its within 1f and has an alarm, pretty good for only 10$! Im mashing right now its pretty easy to keep it between 150-155, still learning! I went totally dumb on this one, when im done sparging my grain bag in the sparge water, how long and at what temperature am I supposto boil the hops ?

    Well if a yeast can ferment fine on its own, then I doubt there is any benefit to the final product if you did help the yeast. Frutopia is fruit cocktail juice they had a big sale here one day and selling 1.8L jugs for 1$

    I live in GTA, and the price of grain makes me not even want to start PM or AG. I get coopers cans for 15$ each, and at 3-4$ per pound of grain an avg recipe calls for 10lbs each 5 gals, were talkin a price increase of 2x! I really wanto make beer the proper way, and get off malt extracts...

    I tasted a regular stout from coopers, pretty good, gets better when bottled for a few months! Still feels like im not making beer with these coopers cans... lol

    Stuck fermentation

    lol I added campden tablets, shook the jug around to dissolve them fully, and bottled them. I still have the 3gal with airlock on it.
