Interesting. What do you do with the secondary line when you transfer to the fermenter? I'd assume you not want to recycle wort back into the kettle. Just close off the valve and remove the T then run 1 line out? I've never seen that setup so it def makes me curious

Can I ask what the benefit of the T fitting is on the pump output?

Man, seeing all the variances here. I just use Pilsner, Tet and a Kolsch yeast. Simple, yet have been very happy with the turn out. Very crushable beer. Now you guys have me wanting to try with Vienna in the mix.

In your picture with the Flow attached to the Solo table, the pump output looks like a TC 90 degree elbow. Is that what is on the pump? I just grabbed one and if I put a valve on in the vertical position it won't fit under the table. I like the 90 degree so am curious what is being used.

They don't change color. Stay the same base yellow they are when taken out of the container.

Yea in the end I have to figure out how deep I want to go. I only ever add gypsum or CaCl to my water. Water is the same every time I brew and beer turns out pretty good so if I beat out my OCD I really could do without.

Just the Brewers Best PH strips. They work in the faucet water, but will not read in Spring bottled water. They stay the light yellow base color with is lighter than the mid 4's listed on the color chart. I am going to look at a better digital since I have been trying to get better with...
