hi, 9 days first ferment 12 days second ferment now i've just bottled...im going to do it for 14 days....what temperature should i leave the bottles at?.... any help would be great... thanks

Hi, i want to find my alcohol content. I know that you take an initial gravity and a final gravity..thats fine.. but.. in first fermentation i added all my malts etc...this stood for 3 days...the gravity came down from 1038 to 1016...then I added another 1kg (2lb?) of glucose powder...

i've read that you can also add a tsp of suger to each bottle before capping....i thought this made a small secondary fermentation in the bottle and also provided the "fizz" and the head...??

bottling bucket..??....i was just going to bottle them from the tap at the bottom of my fermenting bin... ????newbie
