I have not brewed the beer yet, just milled the grain.

I am using RO water. Just trying to introduce enough allalinity to make up for accidently adding 2% acidulated malt to the grain for the stout.

Thanks! Is there a way to up the alkalinity? I have not mashed the beer yet. The acidulated malt is just mixed into the grains I will use at this point.

Question for anyone: I’m making an oatmeal stout and sort of messed up. I included the 2% acidulated malt in the grist and used the teaspoon of calcium chloride. Basically, I did the regular baseline with a stout. Will it turn out fine or will it have a bad effect on the beer?

I’m not defending The guy because I can’t, but it is pretty difficult to draw a line with regard to criminal assault here. If a guy tackled me randomnly in the street, that would probably be assault as well. Lots of the game is criminal in a different context really.

I would say his career is over, but we took a guy who kicked a woman repeatedly in a hotel hallway, so I’m sure we’ll take him back someday.

It’s not some weird supernatural force causing the Browns to lose for eternity or anything. Too many individual egos on this team, plain and simple. They don’t play for eachother at all. You can win a few games with the talent they have, but you can’t have a championship team with egos like this.
