Had a successful day converting my Sanyo 4912 to a dual tap kegerator. I think I'll start the night off with a homebrew Porter.

Here's a little before and after. For less than an hours worth of work, I'm pretty happy with the results. I used a surface conditioning disc to remove most of the gunk off and then used a surface prep disc to smooth everything out. I then went over it with 1000g, 1500g & 2000g paper.

I've cleaned them up pretty good with 60g paper on an orbital sander. I'm gonna use a couple wheels I picked up from work and see what kind of luck I have. If its successful I'll post some pics.
