    I'm also interested in how this turned out. I brewed a lemongrass rye saison with a bit of sorachi ace a couple of weeks ago. It's still chugging along, the 3724 hasn't stalled yet, so fingers are crossed! The airlock does smell wonderful though

    Sorry to dig up an old thread, but must concur that Garrison (and most German import 500mL bottles) work fantastic for capping, my favourite volume and rarely get a bad seal with my cheapo wing capper. Less capping than all 12oz bottles but more practical than bombers

    I've been using Iodophor with no problems. I've been diluting 1mL:1L water as per instructions on the bottle, so your dilution shouldn't be the issue

    Has anyone here ordered hops through them? I'm still cutting my teeth with some festa kits, but I'm definitely going to look into this for when I start going extract and partial mash.

    Just wash them with dish soap in the sink like my other dishes, but just make sure to give them a really good rinse and drip dry.

    You'll be good with 4 weeks in primary, just take a hydrometer sample when you bottle and you can determine the ABV
