Shipping to Canada is terrible from the US, it can take over a month for a small simple package.

Matheson gas is who I used. They won't exchange or fill as it doesn't have the sticker. I should note that I have a 7lb steel tank that is long and skinny so they probably wouldn't exchange even if it had a sticker. I did find a sticker online and ordered it though.

I would still dry hop. Just remember in the future boil a total of 60 minutes. Add the 60 minute hop, wait 15 minutes, add the 45 minutes hop, and so on. Probably a better idea to ask in the future if you aren't sure.
