    I use one of these mylar bags filled with Co2 during the cold crash. This is my wet hop IPA using 24oz wet hops and 4oz of the same hops dried.

    the second photo looks like it might be oxidized, do you get any off flavors like wet cardboard? when i dry hop i just toss them in near the end of fermentation so the yeast can consume any O2 from the hops. what is your dry hop amount and when do you put them in? cheers

    i found water, tums and then eggs and bacon then back to tums and water. it took me me from 🤢 to 🤠 pretty quick, but i learned more water during the drinking. good luck

    NEIPA looks oxidized everytime, but

    Well, I brewed my same grain bill for my NEIPA, but used Breiss 2 row instead of the Viking malt. Same yeast, but different hops, Strata, Galaxy and Citra this time. Turned out the best I have brewed yet for a NEIPA. The color is damn close to what I imagined. Here is a picture of it.
