    Actually i did finish the brew. It was at the start of my boil. I just made sure it was good and dead, put it in a ziplock bag and carried on.

    it bit the end of my toe, but you can't even really see where it actually bit... The only reason i know where it was is because i cleaned it with rubbing alcohol afterwards, and that part stung. I was under the impression that the just put all of the needels into your but for rabies.

    Brew day disaster

    First recipe from scratch - Black IIPA

    I may cut the black patent down even more. I can keep the srm to 20 with only a minimal amount of black. It will be more like a dirty iipa. I want a hint of dark malt flavor, but nothing more than that.
