Keginf system was a great investment for me. I've got 220 plus a fridge for a two keg system including the kegs. I hated bottling, syphoning 5 gals into a keg and carbing in a couple days is awesome.

well just to check back, kegged it and its pretty tasty! A little sweet but to be expected with a bit less fermentation. Wife said it was good and she doesn't like beer.

yeah its the first time I'd done a secondary, It was just crazy gunky in the primary so I went for it. I think it may have slowed the fermentation down in the move. Live and learn j guess! So I'm itching to try it, anyone with experience with the NB cream ale suggest letting it age a bit more...

ive had pretty good luck with reg set at 30 psi, shaking for a couple mins then leaving for 48 hours, all in the fridge. usually comes out about right. my beer lines are only 2', and i do get a little head but not bad

StarSan also eats formica counters...... dont ask how i know.
