    I don't really carb beer to the style I'm not super fussed on the exact amount of carb to by beer as log as ya not flat and as long as it's not a gusher I'm fine with it

    Bubbling Started up in Secondary, during Week Four

    Fermentation should have been pretty much complete when you transferred to secondary so I don't see why it would start back up, did you add extra sugar or anything, usually secondary is for clearing up the beer

    I started with a kit till I got the hang if things then went and got bigger and better supplies, and biggest tip is make sure to sanitize everything and to follow a recipe or instructions closely for the best results

    I was just wondering seeing the yeast stops fermenting the sugars doesn't it die from the alcohol so how would adding sugar to bottle condition make it ferment any further

    I Know that using a beer yeast to make cider give a lower alcohol content because it can't ferment all the sugars and in turn will make the cider sweeter which is what I want but will there be enough yeast to be able to bottle condition and carbonate

    I have bottles 5 23 liter batches and have used all twist offs from beers Iv got from the store and haven't had a single I carbonated beer or bottle break Edit: 23 liters is approx 6 gallons

    I'd leave it to do its thing for this time but next time remember it all, the wort will be we taste a thing like the final product some are sweet some are bitter, and it all depends on the fermentation temp as to if the bubbles stopping after that time is normal, did you take an original gravity...

    Nope there is no recycling centers in the state I live and I have tried a few of the Logan websites as well that is why I thought I'd give on here a try, home brewing beer isn't massive here
