Have you looked at or considered the Brew-Boss system ? I recently bought the 20 gallon system after a fair amount of research and have put 4 batches through it and Love it. IMHO it is definitely worth a look. everything you need in a well thought out package and the controller is top notch.

Try mixing in a couple handfuls of Rice Hulls to the grain. This will help the grains from compacting to much and should aid in the flow through the bag.

Just finished putting it all together and did the wet run test. Everything worked like a charm. Will spend sometime this weekend figuring boil off and run it through its paces again to familiarize myself a bit more before attempting a brew. When you figure your strike temp how much of a drop do...
