    Looking to get a used smoker & need advise please.

    I've had the weber charcoal, and a masterbuilt electric and currently use a GMG pellet. All will put out some fantastic food but I prefer the pellet pooper.

    Cold Crash Guardian...garbage

    I have been using mine since 7/2018 and have not had an issue with it. I did trim the barb as suggested even though I saw no evidence of cracking. Maybe i'm one of the lucky ones but I take care to leave enough space to account for the expansion of the bag. For me it's been a good cheap solution.

    I feel the same about MoreBeer tried them a couple of times and always ended up falling short on my gravities too. These were brews that I have brewed many times and have always been fairly consistent with except with the grains from More Beer.
