    Bass ale clone...ok to bottle

I have a Bass Ale clone(extract) which was in the primary for 4 weeks. I transferred to the secondary this past Sunday in order to free up the primary for a brew day this Sunday. Now I'm wondering if I should bottle also on Sunday or would this be to early. I appreciate your comments.

    Holiday party hit!

My first batch (Belgian Wheat) was a hit at the family get together this holiday weekend. Luckily I stashed a six pack away all for myself. It got rave reviews. "I can't believe how smooth it is" "How come there's no bitter after taste" were some of the comments. Thanks to all the advice...

    Home Depot buckets for fermenting

Buckets stacked is one thing..Sharp tools are used for applying drywall mud. Which involves scraping the inside of the bucket.

    Home Depot buckets for fermenting

I would question the use of drywall compound buckets. There's more of an opportunity of using damaged buckets from the use of tape knives. Too much room for infection.

    Cheap bottling?

Yeah, It's awesome. He only gets a nickel from recycling so if he charges me a dime each he makes out...I guess.

    Cheap bottling?

Check with you local beer distributor...I pay .10 a bottle. 2.40 a case can't beat it.

    Just in time for Christmas

I just bottled my first batch. A Belgian Wheat to be precise. I had about 4 oz. left over after bottling so I drank it. The taste is there, now with some carbonation I'll be toasting a Merry X-mas and a Ho Ho Ho. :mug:
