Basically what I'm looking to do is have a box where I can plug both into. I want switches with lights saying wheather it's on or off, with an emergency switch, and a key to turn everything on. Basically a ebresupply.com box that just controls the pumps...

Even on my small turkey fryer I use now I don't have to have it going full blast to keep a boil. I don't see with these why I would have to.

A great idea but I'm looking to have a standard control box since they are already mounted to my brew rig.

This is what mine looks like. I used 5' lengths for the length, 14" for the width, and 16" lengths for the height. I mounted my counterflow chiller on a hinge so I can move it out of the way when it's not being used. Both pumps are now mounted under the center section.

I am currently building a HERMS system but am looking to keep it manual. However, I do need to control the dual pumps. Where would I go to find out how to wire a control box for the pumos?

I would say if you're going to spend all that money to build them I would spend slightly more on 1/2 barrel kegs in case you ever want to do larger batches. :mug:

What's the difference between a 20lb tank and a larger one that would make that much of a diffference?

If your using keggles this is how I set it up. The long sections are 5ft long, the center sections are 14" long, and the vertical ones are 16" long. I used 4 ten piece lengths to build this. May use one more to mount the controller box but I'm not sure yet. I used an angle grinder to cut...

I'm a part of the group as well. We just had this months meeting last night and we are planning a big brew day at A&G/Earth Eagle Brewing on May 4th.

I paid 60 for the keg and prob 120 for the fittings.
