Did my test run today and all went well. The stainless flex I used fits slightly loose over the barbs so a small amount of condensate did drip at the collection pot end and collect on the lid, but it's no issue at all. The collection pot is left over from when I had a propane three vessel setup...

Saw this come across an email from Brew-Boss. What's everyone's thoughts? I remember seeing the Brundog thread for what he was working on. It sounds like Brew-Boss had something in the works and used Brundog as inspiration for the final product. I think it's going on my Christmas list.

I'm thinking about getting a 30L Speidel and can't tell from the dimensions given if it will fit in my Vissani fermentation fridge. The diameter given is ~13.5". Is that at the handles? What I'm really looking for is the diameter at the bottom and also the height with airlock. Thanks
