it's the kreik base with 10 lbs sour cherries, then blended 3 gal sour cherry with 2 gal english brown ( hopped with ekg to 7 ibu) used wyeast lambic blend and nottingham on the brown.

cheers and congrats @ finsfan. toasting with a trappist single i brewed. complete with a 70 F. conditioning room. it came out real tasty.

i used rare earth magnets a little bigger than 1/2 inch. no problems at all no matter what flask or bottle i use. i also got a great fan for 1.50 from newegg. free shipping.

it's cherries in the snow recipe from complete joys of hombrewing. @ 3 years in the bottle.

Cherries in the snow... got the yeast a little stirred up on the pour. but still tastes great.

that is very god stuff.
