Any luck yet? I would paint it, with some waterproof wood glue, several coats.

    Rust removal from Keg

Put a little vinegar in it, for a day or two, then light scrub. It should go. And another vote here for Barkeepers friend.

    Star-San dillution tip

I'm aware of that. In case ya' missed it, it was a "jab" @ you, in regards to some of your past comments on other threads, regarding the so called "dangers" of hops....... Lighten up......

    Star-San dillution tip

Soda Keg Score --- now how to clean?

Tire shine would look bitchin', but I'd keep it and similar products away from the keg rubber, ( just me!), 'cause it's loaded with Silicone, which ain't good to have around carbonated anything, as far as head retention.........As in it ain't good in a brewery. It contaminates...

Soda Keg Score --- now how to clean?

With that many kegs, I would make two washers. One to wash, and one to sanitize before storage. On the washer one, since the outsides are dirty, tap into, and design a manifold, that will spray the outsides as well.

    2 x 2 16 gauge - OK for 15+ gallons?

Hard to say, without a pic. So ya' switched from 16 ga., to 14 ga.? Didn't want it to blow away in a breeze?.......:D Edit: The breaker tripping is a game changer.........'Nother circuit needed, or another location.

Kegco 3 Roller passive roller spins about 7/8, stops.

When you did this, did you shim between the side plates, and the end plates, so that when all tightened down, it would maintain such?

Kegco 3 Roller passive roller spins about 7/8, stops.

Put that mill together, Brother, and roll with it! All the research you did on them, and then buy a Chinese knock off, and then be concerned about a roller that may not be drilled exactly concentric, ( if it pretty much stops in the same spot each time?),it'll never know the difference once...
