    Follow the link I gave.......The site has "tutorials" to help you figure out the size. You mentioned 3/4".......That's normally garden hose size. Does a garden hose fit where you're starting from?

    Methinks the raisins are a nutrient of sorts, but could be mistaken.........So the tea won't help ya'. Yes, meads are made successfully without orange peels and whatnot............Many more recipes out there other than this one.........;) What fruits DO you have?
