    Nothing, we don't celebrate valentines day. We've been together since we were 16, so almost 14 years. We don't like the idea of using a commercialized day as a reason to treat each other any more special. I'll randomly get her flowers and do special dinners because it means more that way.

    I did. Sent them a message with some follow up questions and havent heard back. I will say that Mr Beer has excellent customer service. So far, these guys have not impressed. We'll see how this goes.

    It tasted ok when I did a gravity reading, I haven't tried it since I kegged. Would I be ok trying it from the keg now, or would I lose any yeast that would have sank to the bottom.

    am i fermenting too warm?

    I would say yes. That may likely result in off flavors. Before I truly understood managing temps, I had a batch that fermented at 78. It was gross; very harsh alcohol taste. I've had it sitting in bottles for a while, hoping it would improve; but I don't think it will get better.

    I assume you haven't de-labeled then? Oxyclean is good of that. I usually do it in my sink bc there is more space. I do about half a scoop with however much water (hottish) is required to submerge the bottles. After about 20-30 minutes, the labels will either fall off on their own or slide off...
