The range outlet is 240V. It is fed from a double pole 20 amp breaker. Trying to determine: 1 Can I safely use a 3000W element with this outlet? 2 Will a 3000W element boil 7~8 gallons?

Yeah it worked pretty well. I came up 1 quart short (left in the pot) although I drained with the valve wide open. Thinking if I restrict the flow it might do better. The wort was really clear. Been checking out your build. The stand and hood look really awesome. Did you buy Kal's control...

Not for nothing but if it was me I would get those buckets and gamma seal lids you have into action and do something with those sacks if you plan to store that pallet of grain in your garage.

I have the mm2 with ss rollers. Been using it for almost 2 years with no issues. Have to say though that the new rebel mill looks like a beast and comes standard with many of the extra options compared to the mm2. (SS rollers and a hopper.)

I totally agree with the split payment benefit. Cidah I know it is late but my plan is to send a money order out to you for my final estimated balance this Friday and deal with the difference via paypal if OK with you.
