    gypsum??

    I live in St Clair Shores, I have never added Gypsum, looks like I should? I'm not doing AG do I still need to add? Is the 1tsp for light beers only? more for darks?

    A little warning from a couple brews ago

    I did the same thing, felt the plastic "can" jar start to swell and was able to point away from me before the top popped! sprayed all over the kitchen counter, wall and cupboards, cleaned it all up, and my wife bless her she still lets me brew in the kitchen

    Pumpkin Butter Wine? Last fall I was able to get my hands on quite a few “pie” size Pumpkins and was able to make quite a bit of Pumpkin Butter I am a fan of Jack Keller’s wine web site and have made a few of his, I know he has a recipe for Jam/Jelly wines, but can you use Fruit butters too?
