    Announcing new project #4!

:off: Hm. Is the brewing stuff making it down there for the winter;)?? The family house is on the bay about a mile inside the bridge. So Alligator point is just a 10 minute drive. If you're into fishing Oct/Nov is by far the best time of year to do that.

    Announcing new project #4!

Awesome. My family has a place just around the corner from there in Panacea, FL. Great fishing house with an awesome dock. Which, like your deck, will need to be replaced sooner rather than later.

    Brewery names--what's your story?

I'm going with Double Hook Home Brew. It's named after one of the fishing spots at the family's vacation house in Florida. Here's a picture of the place. Really the dock and boat are the only things that matter down there. Well, other than beer and margaritas.

    April Fools Ideas?

April Fools is coming up and I need some good ideas to use on my classmates. So far we've come up with the wonderful idea of telling, through a very offical looking letter, the first year students their Neurology exam is moved up a week. It covers a wonderful 1,800 pages of reading. I'm sure...

Need advice on serving from kegs at a reception

I went to a wedding a couple of months ago where they keep the keg in a ice tub and behind the table they set up to serve beer and wine. It was a budget wedding so no bar tenders, but the groomsmen and ushers took turns serving wine and beer with a party tap. Not the classiest thing, but it did...

    Interesting Article on Wort Aeration

Hm...I might be changing my mind here. But I'm broke, so for the time being shaking is all I have.

    Interesting Article on Wort Aeration

Wow. Well that article seals the deal for me. I will never be spending money on aeration equipment. Just shake away. You get better saturation and quicker results anyways.
