What is the one best change you've made to upgrade your beer quality?

Hello Everyone, I've been trying to figure out what the next tweak or change I should make in my brewing to take my beers up another notch. This got me wondering what other brewers have done that has made the biggest difference in their quality of beer?

Questions from A college Student Part 2:

Hello! This is a very exciting idea and something I would totally try to take advantage of as a homebrewer that would like to go professional but I dont have the means to open on my own yet. Choosing your market would be critical as some areas would not have enough homebrewers willing and able...

What I did for beer today

I recently made a saison that I used light toast American oak chips soaked in gin with juniper berries, lavender and chamomile. Smells like a bouquet of flowers and is really good. Just in case you wanted an idea!

Find styles that are along the lines of what you're looking for. I've brewed and English Mild, Ordinary Bitter, Bohemian Pilsner and Session IPA that were in the 3.5-4 5% ABV range and all turned out quite good. How to Choose the Right Hops

Do you choose the more intense and higher alpha acid hops for the more hop forward beers? Do you choose lower alpha acid and less intense hops for session IPAs? How do you go about choosing the right hops for the right beers?

Hopping in the keg for increased hop flave?

I keg hop when I feel the beer didnt have as much happiness as I intended. It's a fail safe of sorts for hoppy beers. I use hosiery socks to hold the hops. I've noticed the first few days of adding hops to the keg gives a strong hop burn but it mellows after that.

It was a pretty even game. I understand the pain, Tottenham were reminiscent of Liverpool last year. I hope they show the same improvement in the following season as Liverpool did this year. I will say Liverpool were most deserving of a trophy this year but I feel for the Spurs.

Whirlfloc vs. Irish Moss, my observation

My experience has been that Whirfloc tablets give me a noticable difference in clarity while Irish moss seems inconsistent. Considering whirfloc tablets contain both Irish moss and kappa Carrageenan; I dont see the purpose of just using Irish moss.
