Hey Folks I have been looking but can't find much on mashing Oat Malt. I want to do a Oat cascade smash. Pretty much I want it to be 100% oats. Will it work or do I need to add a little 6 row for converting the oat malt?

Hey guys I have a homebrew competition this weekend and I'm serving up a milk stout.(requires full 5gal of beer) I wanted to pour the beer using a nitro tap push by beer gas though a chill plate. Would this be a problem?

Alright guys I guess ill brew another one this weekend and get it right.

I brewed a hefe Sunday and got terrible result. It was ment to be 1.056 end up being 1.042. Beer smith says if I add 2.5 gallons of a 1.100 wort to 3.5 gallons of the 1.042 beer it will brong it up to about to 1.052. Is this a good idea cconsidering I already started fermentation?

Hey folks, so for some reason every time I make A beer doing infusion mashing I get terrible eff. I brewed a hefeweizen today. mashed in with 12L at 134 rest for 30 mins at 125 then added 7L to bring up the mash to rest at 149 for 30 mins. then sparged. Beersmith said I should have a SG 1.056...
