Thanks, SonomaBrewer! My tubing is insulated with the foam padding that came with the tubes, from Spike. Maybe I'll reenforce those with some towels and duct-tape to see if that helps. I'll try the blanket, too. I also wonder if it might work better with 10gal of water in there and less dead-air...
