I've had diggity dank juice, regular dank juice, and frank the dank or whatever. Two of the cans were almost gushers and had the most unpleasant aroma ive had from a neipa. Maybe my cans weren't handled well or something but i was a little disappointed.

Can confirm the steps above will produce a awesome beer! Now if only I didn't lose 3.5 gallons right after brewing it lol.

What was your mash temp?

I wouldn't sweat it man, It's harder than you think to ruin a beer. What we should be trying to figure out though, is why it stopped. What was your starting og and your expected fg? Fermentation temp, yeast strain, batch size?

No worries, it was definitely a awesome brew. Really makes me what to try and make a barrel aged brew. I plan on saving the cherry quad for when a buddy comes down, quads are his favorite style.

@PianoMan ba Homebrew. Nice way to end my 12 hour shift. Nice barrel flavor, slight boozy burn. Aroma is nice but wish the was some roast. I'd be proud to serve this!

Almost spring time, wondering if anyone has been brewing this? Might be a good way to break my brewing dry spell. Just gotta figure out what hops I want to use.
