If you're doing it somewhere where you could attach a eyelet to the ceiling you could use a ratchet hoist to help you lift the basket out. Or even a tall step ladder could work too.

Brewed this Saturday, first run on the mash and boil and I ended up at 1.057 (added extra pound if 2 row and Maris otter) otherwise everything was the same. Wort smelled awesome! Didn't have enough frozen ice bottles to keep stuff very cool with the cool brewing bag. Lhbs didn't have k-97 either...

Has anyone tried this beer with omega's oyl-200? I have most of the stuff to do this minus the s-05. Was just curious if oyl-200 would work or not

I get all those same ones plus lots of women's swimsuits and dress ads on my shared work computer, but only on this particular pc. I've been wondering that lately as well.
