Has anyone tried AHS's Honey Hibiscus Wit?

Just received it. I'm looking forward to brewing this next week. I have never brewed with Hibiscus and was wondering if you crush it up and how to do so.

    Mash Tun Cooler

Hello, I am preparing to begin AG brewing and I was wondering if i can clean out an old cooler to convert to a mash tun or if i need to buy a new one. I understand that a cooler with scratches in it is bad but this one looks to be alright, only a couple smaller scratches that i can see. s

How to increase Alcohol Content in beer?

Are you saying that the Alcohol Boost won't change the flavor? How does the Alcohol Boost work if it doesn't change the flavor?

    bottle label removal

Green lid Oxy-Clean and hot water! Some bottle labels come off easier than others. I have found that Sierra Nevada labels leave a lot of glue behind after the soak. Therefore, I am boycotting Sierra Nevada these next few weeks while I stock up on bottles for my new batch.

    Cool Ferment Temp

Thanks for the input. Can't wait to get this bottled and started one batch #2! It's amazing how much you learn from a single batch.

    Cool Ferment Temp

I am brewing my first batch, a Hefe in a dark closet of mystery. This mysterious closest of chemical reactions and possibly death fluctuates from 58-64 degrees. I had the brew in a primary at around 63 degrees for 4 days. I transferred it over to a secondary after I got a consistent hydrometer...
