What programs do you use to create labels ?

I personally have started using GIMP. It is a lot like photoshop. It is a little complicated to understand, but I have been watching a lot of youtube videos on how to do certain things, and it has helped a lot. Whatever you decide to use, make sure you are happy with the final result. After...

    Wheatstone Bridge

I have been playing around and teaching myself GIMP the past few days. This is the label I came up with for my wheat beer. The only thing left to add is the brewery logo above the name of the beer. I am currently waiting on Josh(brewbrandcreative) to finalize the logo. In keeping with the...

    My first beer label

Thanks. all the beers I do are electric themed to go along with the brewery name and theme. I thought the descriptions would be informative while adding a unique twist to what is normally found on labels. Cheers!

This was my first attempt at a beer label. Let me know what you think. The beer was a Newcastle Clone partial mash kit that turned out excellent! Cheers!

For beer brewed in Norman, OK...

We use that stuff at work for plating cylinders for printing presses. Bad stuff right there. Hopefully they will figure out where it is coming from. Like the label! Cheers!

Looks good! He is currently working on mine. we are on round 2 of the process, and are not close to what i originally wanted. Josh threw out a design that I just loved and never thought about. Hopefully it will be don in time for my next batch of beer. For anyone on the fence about having...

    American Wheat Beer Review

Just bottled my American Wheat Beer extract kit from Northern Brewer. The kit was pretty straight forward, such as the case with most extracts. I did add 2lbs. of honey to the last 5 minutes of boil. Left in primary for 2 weeks, and secondary for 1 week. Since I am away from my house, I...

Looks like a pretty decent Allen Bradley SLC 500 series you got there. Just make sure the battery is good or you will kick yourself later ;-) We are getting ready to upgrade some of our lines to newer controllers, so there will be a few 500s floating around..hehehe Have fun with the...

    First label (since '95 anyway)

I really like it! I think the colors, font, and images all work extremely well together. You will have to post pics of them on the bottles as I am sure the color will look great nextr to the amber color of the glass! cheers

Holiday Extract kit from start to finish

Looks good! Can't wait to hear how it turns out. The addition of the candy canes and cinnamon should make for an interesting brew.

I figured they existed, just never tried one. I was planning on setting 5 bottles aside for testing to see what will give me the flavor and aroma I am looking for. Thanks for the info!

    first post first labels

Looks Good! I like the idea of altering the chicken/boy for each logo. It makes each brew logo unique, while sticking with your theme.

    American Wheat with Peach Extract?

I currently have an American Wheat fermenting in primary. I was thinking about adding some peach extract to a few of the bottles during bottling to see how that would turn out. My question is, would this be a good combo and if so, how much extract per 12oz bottle should I use?

My Take On The Rolling Trashcan Kegerator

That it is pretty sweet. If and when I start kegging, I will deffinately have to look into one of these. With the parties and get together our families throw during the summer, I can only imagine how better this would make them! Enjoy!
