Honey taste w/o the added sugar

Just to help you guys help me out. I use an extract kit from northern brewer and I add 2lbs of orange blossom honey after the boil. Im at work, and do not have my gravity readings, but the final ABV is 7.6%. I am pleased with the ABV but would just like more of a honey note as the 2lbs I...

Honey taste w/o the added sugar

Thanks, I am trying to keep all the names electrically themed. The beer is my spin on an American Wheat beer with the addition of orang and honey. Cheers!

Honey taste w/o the added sugar

While trying to improve upon my Wheatstone Bridge recipe, I have been trying to get more of a honey floavor. The problem is, I do not want to add more fermentable sugar to the mix. Is there anything out there such as a honey extract or flavoring that I could add that will give me the flavor of...

What are your plans for St. Paddy's day?

I, unfortunately, am working 12 hour night shifts. I will have one of my bottles of Battery Acid and an authentic Irish meal before work and that will probably be it. Whatever you do, please be smart if you decide to party! If you plan on partying, make arrangements for a ride. Hate to see...

Why do you vendors love packing peanuts so much???

+1 for Northern Brewer! I wish everyone would use the air pockets. Although,.. I can see in some circumstance needing the "extra" protection of the peanuts. I think it is also a game that, the bigger the box, the more they can justify the shipping charges.. but that's just my own two cents...

Good, light beer kit for summer consumption?

As the title states, I am looking for a good, light bodied beer for hot, summertime consumption. This will mainly be used for our annual summer parties. I am already planning on using an American Wheat for one option, but am looking for something light for some of my other friends and family...

What kind of peach extract should I use?

I added cherry extract/flavoring to my wheat beer right before bottling. Turned out really good! I don't see why you couldn't do the same with peach flavoring. Cheers!
