I've not really got an opinion on it. Secondary is useful for clarifying but most people I know don't bother if they've got several weeks in a Primary unless it is for a contest. That's just my understanding of it.

It's been argued that the fluoride in the water water supply dumbs people down sort of like mindless zombies. I'm thinking he pretty much works at the plant.

We've done two brews and still waiting to bottle. Now we're talking about moving to an all grain setup and we've not been doing this two weeks yet.
