    Sour Swap #2

I'm sure you are recognizing correctly. And I thought so too. I know its only 4 bottles... but they are champagne bottles so there's a healthy dose of deliciousness in each. When I asked which sour varieties were prefered "I like all kinds of sours, but my favorites have been barrel aged with...

    Sour Swap #2

Hopefully someone will enjoy this ^^. Even though I just now am realizing it's supposed to be sort of secretive and I ruined the secret >.>

My new goal- $10.00 to make 5 gallons

Exactly. When they get to the bottom of a bin but some other grain is going in there they empty the last few pounds to make way for the new sacks of grain. This all gets collected and every few months they mix up the wondergrain, grind it, then bag it. :)

My new goal- $10.00 to make 5 gallons

Nice. Except I have wonder beer now. And you have malt that you know what it is.

My new goal- $10.00 to make 5 gallons

10 lb. ~72% efficiency most of the time, so I have to assume thats what I hit this time. With my BIAB 1.056 OG. FG unknown as it is fermenting atm.

My new goal- $10.00 to make 5 gallons

. . . My local homebrew store (AHS) just had "Wonder Grain" on sale for $7.99. In the same spirit they had "Magic Hop Dust" on sale for $0.99 (average alpha acid of 7.5%). I racked it onto a Kolsch yeast cake I had just freed up that I was ready to toss out until I saw this combo at the AHS...

    Stack-able Crate - Prototype Completed

Wow! Nice job! I made a few mis-cuts the first time. Definitely would not have been able to pull it off. I wanted to post the pictures of my finished crates after spring break... but the beer closet took so long all I could do was cut the wood for the crates :/

    Stack-able Crate - Prototype Completed

That is correct. Though I am working on a 22oz bottle crate. I want them all to be able to stack together though... so the original ddimensions of the 12 oz crate may actually end up changing :/... That would mean this one I made would be a one off. We'll see though. I haven't started the...

    Stack-able Crate - Prototype Completed

Oh I see. Well I know what alot of tools are and how to use them. But their names are do-dads and thing-a-mag-igs. So I just picked the shape that first came to mind. But now that you mention it... the box does say tapered... :D

    Stack-able Crate - Prototype Completed

Nice! Seem pretty stable to me! Nice job! So I calculate 16.0729'. Buttt since you can't fit 4 of the planks onto the floorboard, you would need 3 (which should work just fine, I considered only using 3 myself) and that will put you in the clear! Just don'e miss a cut! Or you'll wish you...

So as a testament to the crate's strength. Here is this photo. I am 6'6" and weight 260 lbs. Not even a creak. Please ignore the face... I had no idea what to do.
