    I will be boiling 4 gallons down to 3 and adding 2 gallons of water at the end of the boil. I would like more IBU's but unfortunately only ordered 7oz of Amrarillo hops. I do have some Citra and Cascade hops left right now so I guess I could throw some of those in as well
