mtk6006: Let it sit in the fermenter even after the airlock stop??? Will that cause infection? I am just worried about the outside air draw back into the fermenter and gonna spoil all the batch :confused: It really tears me when I pour the beer down the sink :(

I never try that before because most recommendation is using thermostat and suction fan and seal the whole thing inside an extruded polystyrene. I only can get a fan for it :p the other two, can't do. But i see your recommendation is good and simple, I would like to try that. :D What is the best...
